I am a curious creator with a fascination for design, beauty, and the human experience. I approach design strategically, always beginning with asking questions and researching the opportunity space before diving into wireframes to test and validate the design. My goal in design is to bring delight to every user experience I create backed by data and research.
I double-majored in Graphic Design and Painting at Anderson University, where I learned the value of organization, hierarchy, expression, color, and empathy. After graduating I took a leap of faith and moved across country to immerse myself in the Silicon Valley product design world. Since then I’ve worked as the Senior Product Designer for two startups, Long Game Savings and TipTalk, Inc, before leading the innovation design team as the Design Director for Truist Foundry.
When I’m not designing, I might be painting, playing music, hosting a board game night, or hiking with my mini-aussie, Nebula, around the D.C. area.
